The Town Of White Springs will hold an election on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the White Springs Public Library for two (2) council seats.

Qualifying begins at 12:00pm on March 6, 2023, and will end at 4:00pm on March 16, 2023, (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). Candidates must pick up their packets in person in order to receive filing instructions and election information from the Town Clerk, Audre' J. Ruise at White Springs Town Hall.

All candidates must open a campaign bank account and file 15 valid petitions with signatures by qualified electors.

Candidates who DO NOT complete ALL of the qualifying paperwork by 12:00pm on March 16th, 2023, WILL NOT be placed on the ballot.

Candidates for office shall be duly registered voters in Hamilton County and must physically reside in the Town of White Springs for twelve (12) months immediately preceding qualifying.

Any person who is currently deprived of his civil rights through conviction for committing a crime involving a felony or moral turpitude shall not be qualified to hold office.
